Patients can order a prescription using the following methods:
Complete the online form. Alternatively, you can hand in a written request to reception or post it through our prescriptions letterbox located on the wall outside the surgery doors.
Please make sure you include your full name address, and the medications you require.
All requests must be in writing
We do not accept requests over the phone
Please allow three working days for your prescriptions to be processed, this does not include a weekend of bank holidays.
If you are requesting your repeat prescription early, please note the reason on your request ie going on holiday.
Please note that not all medications are available on prescription and you may be asked to buy some items directly from the Pharmacy ie hay fever medication. We can ask the Pharmacist to contact you for further advice if needed.
