Dear Patient,

We would like to inform you that the Patient Participation Group (PPG) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on:

Time: 14:00

Location: The Albion Surgery

The PPG plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between the practice and its patients. It provides an opportunity for patients to work with the practice team to improve services, share feedback, and support health and wellbeing initiatives.

At this year’s AGM, we will also be electing new PPG Committee Members. These roles include the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Any registered patient who is interested in getting more involved is welcome to put themselves forward.

All patients are warmly invited to attend, whether or not you wish to stand for a committee role. Your views and participation are important to helping shape the future direction of the group and ensuring it represents our wider patient community.

If you would like to attend the AGM or would like more information about joining the PPG or the committee roles, please hand in your details to reception who will pass on to the appropriate PPG members. Spaces at the AGM are limited and are on a first come serve basis.
