Yes, there is always a downside. All the expertise and effort required to do this is coming from the same team that is supplying your healthcare. We are also learning how to do this at the same speed you are reading it.
So bear with us. To start off with the changes will be slow but progressive and as we learn more you will get a better and better service from this web site.
You may be wondering why we didn't just get an outside company to do this. The reason is that we want the people who provide you with the service when you walk into the Albion to be able to contribute to this site and to be able to do that we all have to be able to use it, not just a static display provided by an outside company.
