Test Results
All returning test results are screening by your own doctor. The length of time a test results takes to come back vary's depending on the test. For most blood tests this is about seven days, xrays closer to ten days. Your doctor may record the result simply as normal, or may request you to come back for more complicated results.
Calling for results
Telephone the surgery on 020 8304 8334
between 2.00 and 4.00pm for routine results, Monday to Friday. Choose
option 3 at the automated answering service to see if your results are
back before arranging a further appointment to see your doctor. In the
interest of confidentiality, results can only be given to the patient.
We cannot discuss the results of any tests unless we have the consent of
the patient in writing.
