Complaints
All of us at the Albion Surgery are always doing our best to care for our patients. However, there may be an occasion when you feel our standards have slipped and you would like to complain. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, please contact in the first instance our practice manager, Mr Martin Evans. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.
