Requesting Appointments
How To See The Doctor
We operate a personal list system which means each patient normally sees the doctor with whom they are registered. If you wish on occasion to see a different doctor please speak to the receptionist when arranging the appointment.
The receptionists deal with all patient requests for medical treatment whilst the surgery is open, either in person at the reception desk or by phone.
Patients aged 16-75 who have not seen a doctor in the previous three years and patients over 75 who have not seen a doctor in the previous year, are invited to consult with the Practice Nurse who will carry out a brief health check (BP, smoking, history etc).
All surgery consultations are by appointment and should be made at reception in person or by telephoning 020 8304 8334 during normal reception hours. If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so that it can be offered to others. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen by the doctor please make a separate appointment for each of them.

URGENT CASES
If you have a medical problem which will not wait for a routine appointment, please tell the receptionist. She may ask for some indication of the problem to make sure your case is dealt with appropriately. You will usually be seen at the end of surgery but you may have a wait. Please only use this service for genuinely urgent problems.
